Cynthia Ann Parker Strong serves as Community Elder & Legacy Ambassador, sharing wisdom drawn from a rich background in education, track athletics (competing alongside Wilma Rudolph), and ministry. She graduated from North Carolina Central University, spent over 20 years as an educator and administrator, founded Albany's first Black-owned dance studio, and spent two decades as a missionary in Ghana. At 84, she continues to provide spiritual mentorship and guidance to families.
